• the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Tradesns Service will meet your expectations
• any errors in the software will be corrected
（2）Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Wealink Service is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material.
（3）No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from Tradesns or through or from the Tradesns service shall create any warranty not expressly stated in this User Agreement.

Except as provided for in the foregoing terms, in no case will Tradesns be liable for any indirect, consequential, typical, incidental, special or punitive damages, including financial losses arising from the use of the website or service, to the user or third party, even if Tradesns has been informed that a similar result may occur.

As you provide through the service, the disclosure or transmission of content or your breach of this service agreement or your infringement of any rights of any other derivative or cause any third person to make any claim or request, including reasonable attorney time, you agree to compensate for the loss of the easy house and its employees and to protect them from damage.

The User Agreement between you and Tradesns will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. You and Tradesns all agree to submit the dispute about Tradesns services to arbitration, but Tradesns reserve the right to select the litigation manners and the courts having jurisdiction over the appellant matter.

At the time you become a Tradesns member you agree to be bound by the terms of these Terms of Service. Tradesns exercise or enforce any right or provision of the TOS shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the TOS is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the TOS remain in full force and effect. The section titles in the Terms of User are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
