(1) We have today instructed our Bank, the Frank Bank in London, to open in your favur a confirmed, irrevocable letter of credit with partial shipment and transhipment allowed clause, available by draft at sight, against surrendering the full set of shipping documents to the negotating bank. 我们今天已通知我方银行——伦敦弗兰克银行，开立以你方为抬头的保兑的、不可撤消的、允许分运和转船的信用证，凭即期汇票并附全套装运单据向议付行议付。

(2) We regaret that we could not ship the goods by a March vessel only because of the delay of your L/C. Please attend to this matter with all speed. 我们感到遗憾，由于你方信用证耽误，我们的货不能装3月份船，请尽速解决此问题。

(3) The goods have already been bought from the manufacturer for our account, and we are anxious to know when you can arrange for a credit under new import licence. 我们已从厂家购得此货，请速告，按新的进口许可证规定，你方何时可开出信用证．

(4) From your telex of 10th July, we learn that the L/C has been arranged, but we regret to say that we have received no banker's advice yet. Please push the confirming bank in New York for their soonest action.　从你方７月１０日电传知悉信用证已开，但很遗憾，我们尚未接到银行通知．请敦促纽约保兑行尽快通知．

(5) Your Order No.123 was confirmed by our fax of September 15, subject to arrival of credit within 15 days form the date. The 15-day period having expired on October 1st without receipt of L/C, nor hearing any further advice from you, we write you today asking when the required L/C was opened. 你方订单已于９月１５日传真确认，以确认之日起１５天内信用证开到为条件．１５天期限已过，１０月１日尚未收到信用证，也未听到任何信息，今日我们写信给你，询问信用证究竟是何时开立的．

(6) Please amend (adjust) L/C No.320 as follow:

1. Amount to be increased up to US$21,340.

2 Validity to be extended to 30th September.

3 The words "Transhipment Not Allowed" are to be deleted.

请按下述意见修改３２０号信用证：

１金额增至２１３４０美圆．

２有效期延至９月３０日．

３删掉＂不许转船＂字句．

(7) The L/C has been received this date, but without necessary amendment. Again, we must ask you to refer to our telex of February 20 in which our request was made to you regarding the following clause to be amended: 信用证今日收到，但未作修改．我们必须再一次提请你方注意我们２月２０日电传，请你方对下述条款进行修改．

(8) Please extend by telex the shipment date of your L/C to ...and validity to ..., thus enabling us to effect shipment of the goods in questions. 请电传延展信用证装运期至...及有效期至..., 以便使我方安排装运该货.

(9) After we have checked the L/C carefully, we request you to make the following amendments:

1 The quantity should read: 1,000 M/T (5% more or less at Seller's option).

2 Partial shipments are allowed.

我们在认真审核了信用证之后，请求你方作如下修改：

１数量为：1，000吨（允许5%溢短装，由卖方决定）。

2 允许分运。
