尼日利亚人都喜欢骗邀请函~是真的吗?
收到询盘我吧成品描述和报价给他。。他选了3款要我再报价。然后就说愿意接受价格要邀请函了。大家看下,,我是该帮他弄邀请函还是不呢?
下面是我跟了很久的这个个尼日利亚客户发给我的邮件:
On behalf of our esteem company, it was a great pleasure to let you know that your products and price as been accepted by our company management and our company board of directors during the last meeting conference of our company. And during the meeting conference our company management and our company board of directors agreed to import your products to our country due the high demand of your products in our country markets and some number of companies have start requesting for your products.
So before the importation of products can be finalize, our company managements declare that the products must be inspected and they suggested our top company inspecting and company delegates pay a business visit to your company to be able to inspect the products and discuss about the price terms and shipping arrangements of the products in our company and we would like our company to be the SOLE DISTRIBUTOR of your products in our country markets.
For the business visit to your company to be able to take place, we would want your company to go to your local government in China and apply for an invitation letter for our company delegates. So kindly go and make the neccesary enquire from your Government and let us know the required documents needed to apply the invitation letter for our company delegates.

还是谨慎一点的好,我最近有一个巴基斯坦的也让我给他办理邀请函,查了一下,很多可疑的地方。

读完之后,我觉得有以下疑点:
1决定是否购买一种产品需要全部的公司管理层次和董事会来共同商讨吗?这显然有点夸大了。
2信中说道发邀请函给他们公司代表团,似乎他们要过来好几个人,而不是有代表性的一个人,这不符合一般国外公司常理。
3至于说到要过来商谈付款条件和货运,这些应该在过来之前就应该确定的,而不是要亲自过来才谈到这个问题。
4他特别的写到让你们公司到当地政府去申请,这就更奇怪了。很显然他们以前没来过中国,必须是拿到中国政府的签证才行。
建议:1。到网上搜索一下他们的公司,看看是不是真的像他说的那样大。
2.与他进一步的深谈,看他对你们的产品有多少了解。
3.与他商谈付款条件和货运问题。
这是我的几点遇见,请指教。
