Electronic cigarette is becoming a hot topic .  Is it healthy ?

 Actually, we can not definetely.However, if the nicotine is  under control, to meet the WHO health standard. yep,it's healthy cause it dosen't contain tar,carcinogenetic substances. no radiation.
