开发信如何撰写

开发信的主题是我们开发信首要,也是吸引客人看你邮件的兴趣点,写的好,回复的多,客人当然也多咯。废话不多说,现在我把我关于开发信的主题心得案例说一说;

大众:

1.产品名+产品特色

2.公司自我介绍

High Quality Chemical Raw Materials Supplier

3.公司名+公司产品

BBC company /manufacturer of Home Depot

4.产品特色+原产地,

推荐

1.如果你给知名的大买家供过货,那就这样写:

Chemical Raw Materials /***'s supplier/Manufacturer!!!

(突出实力经验)


2. 写出对方的名字或者公司名+产品名+自己公司名
ABC company/ Chemical Raw Materials/ BBC company

(一般有对方的公司名会更正式,阅读率应该算是最高的,但是发信速度也是最慢的,而且最后留下自己的公司名加强对方记忆)

 

3. 写出对方的名字或者公司名+产品名+一些抢眼的字眼

ABC company/ Chemical Raw Materials/ High Quality and low price

(抢眼的字眼不仅仅包括质量价格,太多人用了,可以对应你自己产品的卖点和你公司的优势,如证书,出口权,灵活的付款方式,交期准时,服务好等等。)


4.、如果是广交会的开发信主题

对方公司名字+询价的产品名称规格等等+公司名

4、加上Re有一种回复的感觉


产品名+写出对方的名字或者公司名

(这样对方肯定会打开,开拓一下不仅仅是标语,公司明显的,核心价值(core value),总裁致辞等等,也会吸引对方,也让你的邮件独一无二。)
