Working Principles

The Multi-functional Mixer includes an anchor agitator and at two High Speed Disperser. The anchor feeds product into the high speed disperser blade and ensures that the mixture is constantly in motion. The anchor can be provided with scrapers to remove materials from the interior vessel walls to enhance the heat transfer capabilities of the mixer. Both agitators are available for variable speed operation.

Characteristics

1、The vessel can be heated up by electric, oil circulation or water circulation. The peculiar temperature sensor on the vessel ensures no temperature difference, and the coil inside the jacket can cool the vessel.

2、The inner wall of the vessel is accurately machines by big-size standing machine tool and then polished by big-size automatic polishing machine, which ensures that when the movable scrapper on the planetary support rotates, all the materials stuck to the inner wall of the vessel can be cleaned

3、With vessel with double frame mixing paddle or mixing paddle with multi-blades, it can rotate when its revolution to make the materials moves up and down and in all directions so that the materials can be mixed adequately in a short period .

4、The anchor blade inside the vessel can be adjusted by inverters according to different processing and viscosity. The multi function mixer is suitable for products with high viscosity of 1,000-1500,000cps.
