Remarks:
1) 既然要让买家付钱,最好提供正式一定的文件--- PI,把自己的账号直接写在邮件里面让买家转账是不太好吧。
2) PI里面,最好能简单写下产品的主要规格、包装,确认样品的制作的细节,免得客户付了钱收到样品后又反馈样品不是他想要的,影响进一步的合作。
2. 样品可免费提供但是要收取运费

要买家的快递账号是重点,确认样品细节是为了让收运费显得不那么直接。
再说,多确认下SAMPLE DETAIL 也没什么坏处,又专业又仔细。
如果能再包装一下免费样品会更好:

3. 不想寄样品
第一封询盘就要样品的买家,说不定根本就不是什么买家,特别当询盘来源是某些不适合该产品的地区时,可能只是要FREE SAMPLE 而已,不想寄样,但也不建议直接拒绝。参考样版:

Thanksfor your interest in our sample. However, pls kindly understand that sample isspecially handmade thus we have to charge sample at a double price of massproduction.
If youhave courier account pls let us know so that we can contact the courier servicein advance.
Prepaidshipping charge is usually lower so you can also choose transfer shippingcharge USD40 with the sample cost. (运费最好也多报一点)
Samplewill be immediately sent out once the above amount is received. Your kindunderstanding will be appreciated.

4、要收费买家就没下文,如何跟进?

Christmaspromotion is around the corner. It usually takes XXX days from sample approvaltill mass production delivered.
To launchthe product in time before this big season, it’s better to get everythingready by XXXX.

如果不收样品费的, 想让买家出运费,如果样品制作的时间不长,不管样品是不是真的READY,都可以告诉客户说样品已经完成了,说不定买家一看,东西已经可以寄啦,那我再看一眼吧。

5、有收样品费的,只要样品制作的时间不长,不管样品是不是真的READY,也可以说样品已经做好了,但要让买家觉得,我们已经在让步了。
