申通快递服务质量怎么样？
今天收到从工厂寄过来的样品，可是没有想到给我损坏了一半，我打电话过去询问，申通有理的说：你不知道不能够寄易损品吗？ 乖乖我说这理由真好，不知道当时申通公司接到这个业务的时候有没有说，打电话问工厂才知道，那边申通是二话没有说可以寄，拿钱？现在是说理都没有地方了？郁闷？不知道个位易友有遇到过这样的事情吗？我该怎么办？
