FOB include the custom Declaration and Commodity Inspection Declaration  and sending the B/L.

But I quotate to my clients is the product price . If the client let me doing the above the custom Declaration ... B/L. How i should do to ask my client to pay the $100 charge fee . ;Looking toward to your kind  HELP !!!
