一英国客户要求寄样品，
结果我们样品都做好了，一起五款
可是客户却又不愿意出邮寄费了
If they are not free samples and free postage then don't send them, I will not pay the postman upon receipt and I guess that they will return to you. I will leave that to your decision to you BUT if you want to look at future business you send them to me free of charge please
请问各位我该怎么办呢，我 该怎么去说服我的客户呢？

yeah,in gainning of this business,we send the samples free of charge. if you want qualified manufacturer with perfect quality,it is the buyer who should pay the postage. then we continue with the business.

我觉得这样的客户并不是很有诚意，有诚意的客户是会付邮费的......告诉他这是你们公司的硬性规定，然后说出一大堆他需付邮费的理由，如果他还是坚持的话，我想这样的客户不合作也罢，这次贪这样的便宜，下次还会得寸进尺的！
