Morning go to the Account Department to bring Invoice .

I saw a woman and a man was talking with English when i was waiting .

It is give me a surprise and touch and more thinking .

why two people talk with each other by English ?

why their English is so good ?

why my English is just so so and how to improve my English like them ?

So i come here to write my feeling .

 May be i really need to practice my English . or it is not avail for me that learn so many years English in the school .

I am interested in English .  the important that i  can not concentrate to improve it after attend job .and no envorimental to practice it 

Today saw the scene . i decide to talk with others by English on the web and in the life .

What do think about this way and it will be avail ?
