straight line is not alwlay nearest . There is phrase " a white lie " . pls remember that no pure air , if the air is pure , i think we may not survive.

to lie is not a good way to deal with everything.However, it depends.

While telling a lie may not be bad idea many times, one MUST NEVER LIE while building up a relationship. A relatioship build on lies will sure not last, worst it will bring lot of problems along with it. Hence, for building a relationship,Honesty is THE BEST policy. In fact it is better to talk more about bad habbits and one's own nature rather than hide.

if you consider it is a lie, and if you have any other way not to do so, you won't be lie, you will be forgiven, and everyone will understand you ,maybe we all have met this situations.

In my opinion,sometimes white lie is neccessary,and it is based on the premise that white lie would not affect the relationship.

I hate to be lie!

Sometimes, honest will keep you from the door which is fit to you. On the contary, maybe lying will help you to entry. Of cause, we should be honest person, but the well-meaning lying is not the certificate of bad person.

I think , as a honested person , he or she wil never make the excuse for his or her lying . iam new in the foreign trade , but i think it is very important to be honested .i always tried to guess the thnking of customer , then meet their mind by my own way . If not , the customer will reply you with their true ideas . now as the concept of lying , i always pretend to be a skilled trademan by showing my best side to my customers . Fortunatelly my boss is my good teacher to some extent.

To hide one lie we speak hundred more lies, and it's just keep on going. so it is better we speak truth always at first, although truth is bitter, where as lie is sweet and short, and very bad for long run and won,t last for ever.

we hide our bad habbis ,made ourselves perfect in other people's eyes. then, we have more chances to attract the person we like . the decision whether to lie or not is up to you. if you can change your bad habbits for the one you love,then you can lie; but some facts are unchangable,you'd better show the real you at the beginning.
