原则问题
PRINCIPLE
!.Rules must be equal to everyone,everyone has to obey it once made.
2.All mails should be sent out through the company's mail box.
3.The contents are very important.every mail must be checked by the person who is in charge
before sending.
4.Every mail should have its copy. outing and coming mails have to come to its files
separately.
5.All the original documents must be kept in the office.not allowed to be taken away from the
office.if for official purpose,once used must be returned immediately.any losses the person
will take full responsibility.
6.To take everything into consideration,please remember:"Small mistake,Big problems."
7.To make documents out is a hard work,any mistake and careless is not allowed.please put your
the whole heart and soul into your work in the working period.
8.Take you as a master of the company,you will not fail to do things.
9.To follow INCOTERMS for the int'l trade is our pratice.
10.Love it do it.we will enjoy.
