第一次做信用证
外贸菜鸟第一次做信用证，印度客户发过来的开证申请书内容如下，望高手前辈指点：
Draft FLC- Conditions
Name of Importer: A company ,xxxxxxxTamil Nadu, India
Name of Exporter: B company , xxxxxxx Zhejiang, China.
Port of Dispatch: Any port of China
Port of Destination: Chennai Port
Term of LC: At Sight
Amount of FLC: USD xxx
Inco terms: CIF, Chennai Port, India
Delivery Period: Within 32 days from the date of LC
Documents of FLC:
1 Complete set of Clean BILLS OF LADING to order notify A company, xxxxxx, Tamil Nadu, India and State Bank of Hyderabad, Sector 34-A, Chandigarh. BILL OF LADING must show that the goods have been shipped and freight paid.
2 Insurance Policy or certificate in duplicate covering CIF value plus 10% covering risks as per institute Cargo Clauses, institute War Clauses (Cargo) and Institute Strike Clauses (Cargo) from beneficiary’s warehouse to applicant’s warehouse in Cuddalore, India, covering transportation by Rail/Road with claims payable in India Irrespective of percentage clause. The name of carrying Vessel and date with name of shipping company and Doc. Credit No. must be mentioned in policy/ certificate.
3 Signed invoices in quadruplicate.
4 All Bank Charges outside India are at beneficiary’s a/c
5 Transhipment: Not Allowed
6 Partial Shipment: Not Allowed
7 Documents to be submitted in two sets.
8 LC to be available & advised through Bank of China, Wenzhou Longwan Sub-Branch, 2nd Floor, Xihujinyuan Building Renmin (W) Road, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province 325000 P.R., China, A/c No. xxxxx, Swift Code: xxxx
9 Documents to be presented for negotiation within 21 days from the date of shipment.
给客户谈了好长一段时间，付款方式还是谈不好，客户坚持用100%即期信用证，谢谢高手指点，帮忙看一下这个即期信用证能不能做，里面有没有软条款，在这里先谢谢。
